The ResNet Board of Directors governs the ResNet organization and supports those associated with and interested in academic initiatives and technologies provided to higher education residential communities.

The ResNet Board of Directors are governed by the Bylaws.

The ResNet Board of Directors consists of 5 Officers and 6 Directors.
