| The HelpDesk at St. Cloud State University serves as a point of contact for technology questions, problems and services. In order to serve our customers, we have purchased and developed tools for internal use, as well as for the customer’s use. We will explore these tools, as well as the obstacles and triumphs that we have encountered on our journey towards providing excellent customer service to our students, faculty and staff. | |
