Early Arrival Information
Here’s specific information regarding checking in to on-campus housing and picking up of your parking permit and campus computer account info if you are arriving Wednedsay 6/23 or Thursday 6/24.
- The central conference housing desk is located at Higginson Hall and is open 7am to 7pm with instructions on how to contact a staff member (call 360.650.4846) after hours.
- If you anticipate arriving after hours please let us know — host@resnetsymposium.org, 754-2RE-SNET (754-273-7638) — and we’ll arrange for a staff person to be on alert.
- If you take a look at the campus map. You’ll see Higginson is located next to Edens Hall on the north end of campus. Fairhaven, the hall you will be staying in, is on the south end of campus. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk. For those who will be arriving by taxi, you may want to consider having the taxi wait for you as you get your key at Higginson and have them drive you to Fairhaven.
- Your campus computer account will be on a label on the back of your nametag. You can pickup your nametag at the conference housing desk.
- The fully staffed ResNet Registration & Information Desk will be staffed Friday, 6/25 from 2-5p and again Saturday, 6/26 from 7:30a-9:30a and 12:30p-6p. It is at those times that you may drop off your t-shirt exchange contribution, silent auction item, and pickup your conference t-shirt.
