Participation Levels

Below you will find the various packages available to vendors. The major difference between these levels of participation is the way your product and business name are referenced in the binder and throughout the Symposium.

Silver Package ($7501)

  • Booth in the Vendor Fair7
  • Your company name/logo3 will be included in the Symposium binder
  • A vendor provided raffle gift with a minimum value of $20 is required2

Gold Package ($15001)

  • Booth in the Vendor Fair7
  • Your company name/logo3 will be included in the Symposium binder
  • Your company name/logo3 will be included on the ResNet attendee t-shirt
  • 100 word description4 of your company will be included in the Symposium binder
  • Your company’s Web site will be linked from the ResNet Symposium 2010 website (text link)
  • A vendor provided raffle gift with a minimum value of $100 is required2

Platinum Package ($30001)

  • Booth in the Vendor Fair7
  • Your company’s half page ad4 will appear in the Symposium binder
  • Your company name/logo3 will be included on the ResNet attendee t-shirt
  • Your company’s Web site will be linked from the ResNet Symposium 2010 website (logo3 link)
  • Your company will receive priority choice of booth location based on the date your participation monies are received
  • A vendor provided raffle gift with a minimum value of $200 is required2

Event and Meal Sponsorships

You may choose to differentiate yourself from your peer vendors by participating in more than just the Vendor Fair. Event and Meal Sponsorships put your company name in front of every attendee with unique opportunities to reinforce the great products you offer.  There are only a handful of these precious opportunities available during the ResNet Symposium 2010, so don’t delay in reserving the perfect event to showcase your product or company.

Gifts and Raffle Sponsorships

There are many additional ways to get your company name or product noticed by conference attendees. Vendors participating in a sponsorship package are eligible to sponsor the following special opportunities.

Check-In Gifts (various1)

  • Glassware, mints, t-shirts, USB keys, etc.
  • Given to each attendee at check-in
  • Quantities of 150 will be needed to ensure that all conference guests receive your gift

Symposium Bag ($8,5001)

  • Bags are given to each attendee at check-in and are used during and after the conference by the attendees
  • The Vendor’s logo5 as well as the ResNet 2010 logo and the ResNet organization logo will be imprinted on the bags
  • Bag style can be a backpack, tote, shoulder/courier bag, or laptop bag
  • Silver Vendor Participation Package included
  • Acknowledgement in the Symposium binder

Silent Auction

  • Benefits a scholarship offered to nominated student employees, making it affordable for the winner to attend the symposium

Footnotes

  1. Vendor Participation fees and/or Event and Meal Sponsorships and/or gifts with completed applications must be paid in full by Monday, May 24, 2010. Application, support documents and paid-in-full fee must be received to hold a participation or sponsorship space. There are no refunds.
  2. Required raffle gift values are based on web purchase prices. All items should be listed in detail on the Vendor Application Form. The attendee will be selected in your presence under the direction of the Vendor Fair coordinator. ResNet Board of Directors and Host Committee members are not eligible for these raffle gifts.
  3. Logos should be provided when submitting the Vendor Application Form. Send graphic file of 300 dpi no smaller than 4″ x 4″ along with any logo usage guidelines.
  4. Ad and description material should be provided by Monday, May 24, 2010.
  5. Logo resolution and format requirement vary, please contact Deborah Frost for assistance.
  6. Limited Technology Track slots are available. These sessions are held during the Vendor Fair are specifically geared for vendors to present to the attendees. Vendor Track space is limited to those sponsoring events or meals (excluding breaks). They are assigned by vendor participation level, the date fees are received and availability.
  7. Vendor Fair booth includes one 8 foot table, white linen table cloth, two chairs, pipe and draping dividers, basic signage with your company name, one electrical outlet, and one wireless network account.
