| Description: | Managing a staff of 200 student employees can be a challenge on many different
levels. At Technology Center Consulting located on the beautiful Midwest campus
of Indiana University we enthusiastically accept this challenge and continue to
improve our process through our ‘Control Panel’. We will discuss the multiple
sections of the ‘Control Panel’ and the ways in which we use it to manage our
staff. We’ll show how we went from paper and pencil performance evaluations to a
web-based, full-disclosure system that works for everyone, especially the
students!
