From ResNet to Student Computing: The Evolution of Our Program

| Description: | At WCU we have gone from one man sitting in his basement office installing network cards for Internet access in the late 90's to a full service support shop for students. We’ve enhanced our services with our drop-in center location known as "The C.R.I.B." (Computer Resource and Information Bureau), our regular podcasts that are posted to the Student Computing Blog and iTunes U, and our educational initiatives for our students such as in-hall presentations; we've come a long way from that basement. We'll talk about our successes and failures with all of these initiatives and more as we move from ResNet to Student Computing. |
