ResNet Jeopardy

Our own Alex Trebek - also known as Andrew Blaner from Barnard College - holds this annual brain testing event. Modeled after the popular game show, hand-picked ResNet attendees match wits against each other and the audience to answer questions about the ResNet program and other fun ResNet trivia! Put your thinking caps on NOW! Stay tuned on Sunday night!

Geek Olympics

An outrageously fun and anticipated event, this is a team event that has you trying out skills that you can pass onto your ResNet staff - like Ethernet untangling mayhem, T-shirt design context, box-building relay - and more! You won't want to miss this event. Sunday night, following Jeopardy.

T-Shirt Exchange

Always a popular event, the annual T-Shirt Exchange is a chance for you to bring a shirt from your school and swap it for one from a different school. All of the shirts are collected and organized, and each person who brings a shirt gets to pick a shirt from a different school (of the same size). Great fun and a super way to freshen up your wardrobe - Erik Strahm and Gayleen Gray will be organizing this.

Doc. Fair/Vendor Fair

These events coincide on our last day of the conference and are a great event to meet vendors, pick up swag and enter your name into some great draws - and while you are at it, you can pick up goodies and ideas from schools who donate their literatures, CDs, magnets and more to give you ideas for your own marketing materials next year - a great chance to just hang out and chat, too! The vendor fair will showcase companies offering various services within the telecommunications and residential networking and support fields. The fair will take place on Tuesday afternoon during lunch, and a concurrent vendor track will allow participants to find out more information from several of the companies being represented. The vendor fair will take place in the Student Union Building, adjacent to conference facilities.
